Caught on video: An Arkansas police officer beats and chokes children after catching them riding skateboards.Nothing like watching an asshole in a uniform choking the shit out of a little girl to make a man feel proud, I guess.
ADDED LATER: Irony alert: Officer Joseph "I Choke Little Girls" Williams appears to be an instructor or facilitator for an organization that teaches children how to resist acts of violence.

But if you ever need to have a child choked and brutalized over some vanishingly small matter, at least you know where to turn...
