Surveillance and FISA
Orin Kerr over at the Volokh Conspiracy has been blogging up a storm on the hearings and legal details surrounding the wiretaps. Unfortunately, there is no easy way to link to all of his posts on the subject. I found this particularly interesting, and the suggestion that Gonzales was alluding to other secret programs disturbing. I recommend going to the main page and reading the various posts on the topic.
