Eric Muller claims to have uncovered the mysterious, sneaking, cowardly "Bob." "Bob" is a big fan of mass incarceration on scanty evidence, as well as personal invective, which he spewed on Muller's blog until being banned. My favorite "Bob" moment was when he let us know that the barbed wire in the "evacuation centers" were actually designed to keep out those pesky cows.
