good news
I won a lawsuit today, along with my co-plaintiff Rich McKee (who did all the hard work). A multijurisdictional police agency that has been governed in secret for 13 years will now have to make budgets and set policy in public, in accordance with the Brown Act.I'll post more details later, when I'm less tired and more patient, but it's a good news day.
